Just wanted to let you know that that was by far the simplest installation of a plumbing fixture I've ever dealt with. The instructions were very
straightforward. All parts were well identified. With the haphazard manufacturing process of today, it was a pleasant surprise to receive an
excellent product with excellent installation parts and excellent instructions. I especially liked how the designers of the product thought
so far ahead: type a, type b, different sizes of seats, etc, etc.
